This video demonstrates the basic search functions of the model. Available filters can be combined in any combination. Totals and weighted averages are provided for all resulting asset groups. Most recent data points (PL%/RG%/Occ%) are presented in property lists.

Basic market information is provided to assist with selection. Searchable markets and owners are also presented to enable user to edit the searchable universe from which data will be included. If a market or owner name is omitted, they will not appear in search results. Columns on the right enable user to verify exactly which market/owner selections are currently being used for both conventional and student segments.

Available Filters: Market Selection, Multiple Owner Portfolio, Single Owner Portfolio, >Distance from Campus>, >Bed Total>, >Year of Completion>, Asset Type (Conventional/Student), Asset Status (Stabilized, etc). “TARGET” asset designation is also available if it is currently being used in the base data editor.

Available Outputs: Total/Avg # Properties, Total/Avg # Beds, Avg Distance, Avg Pre-Lease %, Avg Occupancy %, Avg Rent Growth %, Avg Rate, as well as similar metrics for each individual property listed. All averages are weighted.
