Enrollment data from 1600 universities in the IPEDs database is combined with over 760 markets containing time-series data on at least one property with university proximity. Current and future supply and enrollment projections may be edited to for more complete projections. Other editable metrics include growth rates for each component of the model, and demand absorption rates (both with/without new supply). Relevant charts are also populated to further examine property performance within each market segment.
